Interview Process –

Stage 1 HR Screening Test ( Basic Eligibility criterion Check, Communication skills Check, Behavioral Check, Personality Check, Stability Check)

Stage 2 Pen Paper and computer proficiency test ( Basic general English Test, Aptitude Test and computer knowledge test )

Stage 3 Final interviews with Training and Operation Team

Stipend / Salary -

1st  Month : No Stipend

2nd  Month : 10,000  K PM Stipend

3 Month : 10,000  K PM Stipend

4 Month : 10,000  K PM Stipend

5 Month : 23000   K PM Stipend

6 Month : 23000   K PM Stipend

After 6 months – Salary : Rs 4,08,000 Per Annum + Rs 72000 Performance Incentive Per Annum.
